Below are frequently posed inquiries that clients often consider when exploring their options for DJ services. These questions are also strongly recommended for discussion with your vendors by leading wedding and event planning professionals.

Can we make payments?

To initiate our services, a retainer is required. This retainer will secure your event date and will be deducted from the overall cost of your event. The remaining balance must be settled two weeks prior to the event date. We offer flexible payment options, including Debit, Credit, Venmo, and PayPal. Additionally, you are welcome to pay the outstanding balance in advance if you choose.

Do you take requests?

We welcome song requests and strive to accommodate as many as possible; however, we may not be able to fulfill every request. If you have specific songs or genres that you prefer not to be played, please inform us, and we will respect your wishes. The DJ's primary responsibility is to select music that aligns with the atmosphere of the event. If your musical preferences align with a suggested request, we will be happy to play it. Guests can submit song requests before the event through our online platform, as well as make requests during the event using their mobile devices. Our online planning system also enables you to select your favorite songs and additional preferences in advance.

Do you offer a written contract?

Certainly. Our contract delineates and emphasizes our commitments to you and your event. Should you wish to review it prior to finalizing your booking, we would be pleased to provide you with a copy.

What's your coverage area?

We serve the Greater Cleveland and Canton, Ohio areas!

 

Can I provide my own music?

No problem! We ask that you provide this ahead of time (at least 24-48 hours before the event). Our planning process is very simple, yet our goal is to be effective and run smoothly!

 

Can we submit a "DO NOT PLAY" List?

Yes. We'll closely follow your list and avoid any songs or styles of music you'd prefer not to hear at your event.

 

Help! No one is dancing!

Song selection is our top priority. We will announce that the dance floor is open and expertly gauge the crowd's energy, selecting the music they crave with precision.

Can we meet with you in person before we decide?

Absolutely! In-person consultations are undoubtedly the most effective option. However, we recognize that geographical distances and conflicting schedules can pose challenges. Therefore, we encourage you to connect with us via email, phone, or Zoom at your convenience. Your communication is important to us, and we are here to assist you.

Do I have to tip the DJ?

Gratuities are welcome but we never expect to receive a tip. 10-20% is recommended, but totally up to you! The best thing you can do is write a review and recommend us to others.

When Should I Book My DJ?

It is generally advisable to secure your DJ services at least six months prior to your event. However, if your timeline is shorter, please know that we are still here to assist you and accommodate your needs.
